A lyrical early work with an underlying grid of lines often described as the tracks of the Emu travelling through Alhalkere country looking for Mulga seeds, an event in the seasonal cycle which heralds the coming of the yams. Emily was the senior custodian of the Yam Dreaming for Anmatyere Women.
