Jorna Naparulla Nelson is a spirited woman who spent the drive out singing songs of country and pointing out sacred sites in hushed reverential tones. Jorna poses regally at the rockhole site, while taking a break from some fruitless foraging for goannaa large reptile which is a good source of fat and protein. Traditionally women would forage for "ground food" with wooden digging sticks but today adaptations to Western technology such as the crowbar give hunter gatherer activities some added muscle. These crowbars are prized items amongst the ladies!
