| Thomas Jangala Rice and Matt Goff share
a quiet moment while the women hunt for Goanna. Matt had worked
stretching canvas at the art center and was a great favorite amongst
the Yapa for his easygoing personality and great sense of
humor, and although it's not a desert instrument people were also
duly impressed with his didj playing. Jangala is a powerful man
with a riveting gaze—a highly respected individual at the community
and amongst neighboring tribes as well. |
